The NorthernGates.ca website operates in a way such that employers are able to search for and find job candidates, then contact them regarding job opportunities. In no way does NorthernGates.ca involve itself in the transaction between employers and students. As a result, NorthernGates.ca has no control over the validity, quality, or legality of any student profile and resume posted. NorthernGates.ca has no control over the truth or accuracy of the student listings or the ability of job candidates to fill job openings. You assume all risks associated in dealing with people through the NorthernGates.ca website.
Given the difficulties of user authentication on the Internet, NorthernGates.ca does not and can not guarantee that each user is who they claim to be. In addition, given that NorthernGates.ca does not involve itself in the employer-student dealings or control their behaviour, you release NorthernGates.ca from claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising from disputes of one or more users.
