There are no hidden fees, taxes are included, and it is as straightforward as any service gets.

Everything Included in the Packages…
Once registered and logged in, your company has the option to search the database for suitable candidates according to your criteria by clicking on the “Find Students” link and to alter the future make-up of your membership package for when the current package runs out by clicking the “Edit Membership Package” link. Also included in the registration package is a company feature viewable in the students' section of the website. All students have the option to click on a page with all registered companies listed and read up on their profiles.

To find students that match the criteria your company desires, simply enter in the search criteria to the appropriate fields provided, click submit, and within seconds you will have all students that meet all your needs for a job opportunity. Our powerful student search includes:
- Geographic location
- Willingness to relocate
- Type of school (university, college, and/or technical school)
- Academic programs
- Years in school
- Years of work experience
- Graduation status
- Grades
- The type of employment they are looking for (co-op, summer, and/or career)
- Fields of work the students are interested in
With a number of suitable candidates available, you can further filter through the students by looking over their open ended questions (such as where they want to be in 5 years), their resumes, their JoBlogs, and even their personal account themes. All of the aforementioned aspects of your student search are designed to open up a window into the personality of each and every registered student.
